How Does The Weight Loss Program Work?

Step 1:

You enter our whole body cryotherapy chamber for 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes. The air temperature inside is -150°F-180°F.

Step 2:

While you are inside, you perform slow, controlled movements like air squats, push-ups, and stretching for any areas bothering you. Remember to have fun with the therapy and listen to your favorite song!

Step 3:

The freezing temperatures temporarily slow the blood flow to inflamed areas of your body. When you exit the chamber and begin to warm up, the blood flow resumes and the inflammation reduces.

Step 4:

We take your temperature before and after and look for a 30 degree to 45-degree change in temperature in order to guide recommendations for therapy duration moving forward.

Before the session, make sure your skin is dry and that you have had enough water. Don’t apply lotions within 4 hours of the appointment.

The air is completely dry and there’s no air current, so it is very tolerable. Near the end of the treatment, you may feel some pins and needles, but that feeling will disappear when you leave the chamber.
